    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been paying for an upgrade but my account is still only showing the free 2GB subscription. Payment is being made using apple.com billing so when i use the Chat Bot I can't provide the transaction number to complete my inquiry with.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's very annoying and Dropbox do not seem to care that they are taking my money for something they are not providing me with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
