    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I probably should have caugh this a lot sooner, but I have a Dropbox account linked to an old work email address that has been gone since 2019.&amp;nbsp; I realized today that I got an annual charge.&amp;nbsp; I tried to log in, but it's sending a code to finish the log in to my old email address that doesn't exist.&amp;nbsp; How do I correct this?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When viewing your bank statement, are these charges coming directly from Dropbox, or from iTunes/Google Play?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Nancy!&amp;nbsp; It's directly from Dropbox. I do have access to the account via the app in my ipad (looks like I'm logged in), but I can't navigate to the account settings and cancel the subscription, update the email address.&amp;nbsp; I sent an email support request last night from that as well and asked them to not use my associated email but the one that I do use normally and that is already associated to a free dropbox account.&amp;nbsp; Please let me know how we might resolve this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Nancy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If not, visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
