    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled the service in 2021, but keep getting charged every year. When I access my account, it shows that it's BASIC, yet my credit card gets charged USD119 every year. I tried to see if there is another account linked to my credit card, but nothing shows up. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING. I have sent emails with the copy of the cancellation, yet get no answer. HOW CAN I PUT AN END TO THIS????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, you can go &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to check for which Dropbox account you’re being billed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, I’d like you to clarify if you’re getting charged directly from Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep me in the loop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
