    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve started paying for the 9.99 plan with Dropbox as of November, not used it until now and it’s showing as the free plan … my most recent payment has just come out so I’m confused, any ideas? &lt;P&gt;You likely have more than one account. Use the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge" target="_blank"&gt;credit card charge lookup tool&lt;/A&gt; to identify the account that you're paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
