    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; not used drop box in over a year and unexpectedly had a $176 charge on my credit card. My business closed last year due to a flood wiping everything out. I do not use this service. I have not used it. How can I get a refund and cancel my account? I was only charged 2 days ago. I didn't see any email warning as I don't use the email associated with the account since the business closed. Help please. I cannot afford to give $176 away for nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account&lt;/STRONG&gt;, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
