Dropbox is not alone in this, but I find it incredible that mass-scale consumer tech companies don't welcome customer feedback. There is no place to submit it. That's unfortunate because I was ready to upgrade my plan to annual, responding to an offer for 2 free months when doing so. I clicked on the offer/ad and was taken to the manage account page which makes no mention of the two free months (although now that I think about it, the math does work!). So, I feel a bit foolish but being a long-time User Experience pro, I can tell you that I am not the only one who turns away when not seeing any verbiage to indicate the offer carried through to the landing page. The math isn't hard but the pixels on the page just don't say anything about the savings being applied and it fooled me into thinking it was not successfully applied. At any rate, making it easy to leave feedback is a no brainer (even if the company is short-sighted enough to ignore it). Having to make one up - is an own goal, imho. It says you don't care... Of course there is no label for it below either. . . FWIW

Hi there, @just4feedback, I hope you're doing well!

Your feedback regarding this has been very valuable and I will endeavor to make sure your voice is heard. I definitely see where you're coming from, and how valid everything you mentioned is.

Keep in mind that we're always keeping an eye out, and share your feedback with our Teams.

One more thing to note, is that for Dropbox Business you can find something called Dropbox Insiders, where users work directly with Dropbox marketing, product managers, and researchers to provide feedback and guidance about Dropbox Business. You can see more about that here.

I hope this helps!
