    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Dropbox Plus subscription auto renewed in February this year. I can see a payment of $184.67 was made on 12 February in both my bank statement and when I search Dropbox via the 12-digit transaction ID. I would attach a screenshot if I could see how to do that here. Despite this payment, when I log into Dropbox it tells me that I am on a Basic Plan and there is no billing information. I cannot find any way (except perhaps this post?) to contact a human at Dropbox to get this issue resolved so I can get what I am paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
