    <description>I’ve contacted Dropbox support multiple times. They never respond other than emailing an initial message but never further. When I downloaded Dropbox it was for a class in which I resumed under the Dropbox plus plan with the free trial. I had cancelled the plan before it charged my card. The monthly subscription consisted of it being $11 monthly. Although it didn’t seem to have cancelled through the app, I was shocked that Dropbox Sign charged my card of $638.40. No where in the description did it say it was to charge me $638.40. That is such an absurd amount that was taken away from me. I need answers and as time is very valuable to me I would like the answers now.</description>
