    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a reoccurring charge for $11 on my credit card for YEARS. I always thought it was associated to the account we made when we got married, but it turns out THAT account is on Basic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I used the credit card look up tool, it didn't work. Even though I'm staring at a charge from yesterday to this credit card, it doesn't recognize the last four and expiration date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need to find out what account has been charging my credit card this whole time. Can someone please help?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh, and because the only two accounts I actually know exist and have access too are only Basic accounts, I can't get a hold of any live support from Dropbox. They have my credit card, and have taken hundreds of dollars from me, but I can't actually get in touch with them because I don't have access to whatever paid account that is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I'm two sheets to the wind here, hoping for some help instead of having to cancel my entire credit card and replace everything &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://www.dropboxforum.com/html/@B0F70D28791EB05FA3EA0C3BDDF08EE3/emoticons/1f61e.png" alt=":disappointed_face:" title=":disappointed_face:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
