    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, so I used a month free trial of the professional plan and when it ended, I want to pay for a subscription for the same plan, I can't open the billing tab I get a message says ''There was a problem completing this request'' so I can't even add my card info and pay&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried different devices and different networks, but I get the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need to subscribe for my work, how can I solve this problem please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How did you take the trial out? Was it on a mobile device? If so you need to upgrade and pay via that - i.e. the AppStore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
