&lt;P&gt;In this case, you'll need to reach out to your team admin (your client) and ask them to convert your account back to an individual one using &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/convert-to-individual" target="_blank"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there, you should be able to re-upgrade to the plan you were previously on.&lt;/P&gt;
