topic Ancient Email in Security and Permissions

My wife has our wedding photos on an old business email. She has the email and password to it but doesn’t have access to it. She has her password and email to Dropbox (same ones)

Anyway Dropbox sent a 2 step verification to the email we can’t get into. Meaning we may have lost our wedding photos. Anyone know of any way around this?

Hi @Jake89, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Keep me updated with any progress!
