    <description>Hello people, i habe a Big Problem and I really hope you can help me. I deleted the old emails address account for my former Dropbox which I created years ago. Now, trying to log in I cannot enter my Dropbox account and Dropbox keeps sending me verification mails - to my old mail address. The support doesn’t really exist at Dropbox and and the legal@ mail I contacted won’t send any help &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://www.dropboxforum.com/html/@B0F70D28791EB05FA3EA0C3BDDF08EE3/emoticons/1f61e.png" alt=":disappointed_face:" title=":disappointed_face:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to get support, I guess they are the only ones who can help me out. &lt;P&gt;You can try contacting Support directly but usually when you've lost access to the email address, there's no way to gain access to the account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To contact Support, &lt;STRONG&gt;visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
