    <description>&lt;P&gt;NEED HELP CANCELLING ACCOUNT I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I no longer have access to the email account that I used to setup a Dropbox account with. I have been getting billed annually and just noticed it. I was a volunteer with an organization that is no longer around. The email address was managed by that group. &lt;P&gt;I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there you should be able to contact support.&amp;nbsp;Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did try to get in contact with the support team. I don't know what question to ask. It tells me to login and immediately change my email address.
