Hi there, I've been the owner of this account for long time. However, when I recently logged in, I was shocked to find that all my data has been deleted and my data plan has been downgraded to the basic. This is really frustrating! I urgently require assistance in restoring all my previous data. zero data as if it's a completely new account. Please help!

@Shahdii wrote:
However, when I recently logged in, I was shocked to find that all my data has been deleted and my data plan has been downgraded to the basic.

You've likely signed in to a different account, or created a new, empty account. Make sure you're using the same email address that you used previously. Another clue that you're signed in to a new account can been seen if you look at the Events page. If it's blank, you're signed in to an account that hasn't had any activity.

If your account was on an active paid subscription it wouldn't have changed and no files would be deleted. However, if the account no longer had an active subscription and you hadn't signed into the account in more than a year, the account would have been deleted. When this happens there's no way to recover the account or the files it contained.
