    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everybody,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a question for my dad. Unfortunatelly his provider cancelled all e-mailadresses with a structure he still used (...@wxs.nl). This e-mailadress does now not exist anymore. When he wants to login to his paid dropbox account, an authentification code is sent to this e-mailadress, but as the adress does not exist anymore, he can't recieve the code. He can't change the e-mailadress, because he needs to be logged in to do so. Quite the circle right. We can't contact dropbox support, because he needs to be logged in.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anybody have any idea how we can solve this? Or how we can contact anyone from dropbox without login?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, Renske and dad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does your dad have any devices that are still linked to his Dropbox account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes, there may be a notification with the one-time code there to enter the account and change the email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi Nancy,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for replying so fast. The only way my dad had acces to his dropbox account is through the synced folder on his desktop. So he can’t open the app on his smartphone and can’t login on the website. Is there anything he can do?</description>
