&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify, are you trying to sign in to Dropbox and you’re being asked for a one-time code that’s being sent to the inactive email address?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you verify your Dropbox email address, once you created your account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes, you should be able to update your Dropbox email address without having access to the old one necessarily (Dropbox usually asks for your current password to complete the process).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know, and we can go from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
