    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 phones.&lt;BR /&gt;I can log in from 1 phone, so my email address is accepted but when logging in on on the other phone I receive message reading&lt;BR /&gt;"Please enter a valid email address".&lt;BR /&gt;So on second phone it's Not accepting my email address.&lt;BR /&gt;So I can only log in from only one of my phones &amp;amp; Not the other. What is the Problem. Pls Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say log in on your phone, I'm assuming you're referring to the mobile app and not a web browser - correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, omitting any personal &amp;nbsp;information?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on the Basic plan, have you ensured that you're not hitting your account's &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/computer-limit" target="_blank"&gt;device limit&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
