    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a business and personal account. I don't really use the free personal account but I have been using my business account almost daily for the past couple years. I had to buy a new computer today and can only manage to log into my personal account that I don't use. When logging in using my business log in credentials, DropBox doesn't recognize my username and/or password. I reset my password and it still doesn't recognize my email or new password for login. I attempted to get access by receiving a 6-digit numeric text code, but whenever I enter the code I receive on my iphone, DropBox does not recognize the code and states code is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What can I do? I use this for my business nearly everyday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you still have the old computer that is logged into that account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you confirm that the email address is definitely correct on that account, and that you can login from the old machine?&lt;/P&gt;
