    <description>&lt;P&gt;Its absurd that I can't locate a viable way to communicate with a human at Dropbox.&amp;nbsp; Why represent to have a contact support drop down when its either as automated chatbox or let's ask the Community. Can't seem to find a human to communicate about application.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How can one find a human to discuss a matter involving a security breach on their side of the platform.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The level of support available to you is determined by the plan you have. If you're on the Basic (i.e. free) plan, you're limited to the help center articles, chat bot or posting here on the forums. The email and live chat options aren't available on the Basic plan. Phone support is only available for Business team accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're having a problem with your account, visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Sign-in and Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
