    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Hi there,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I have two dropbox accounts, a Work one owned by my employer and a Personal one owned by myself. I recently changed laptop and to access my work account from my new computer, Dropbox sent a code sent to my phone, and I was able to log in and sync.&amp;nbsp;When I tried to access my Personal account, Dropbox sent a code to an email address&amp;nbsp;to which&amp;nbsp;I no longer have access&lt;SPAN&gt;. I can't see any other way to get into the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anybody help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
