topic Account closed in 2019 but someone signed in 2023? in Security and Permissions

I got the email that my account was closed back in 2019. But somehow someone signed into my account on June 2023 and whenever I came to change my password all of my files are still there. Why say my account is closed when it's obviously not?

Hi there, @hiryu1455, welcome to our Community!

Did you receive an email stating the account had been terminated, or that it would be?

I'm asking, because there is an email, before we close the account due to inactivity, that asks you to sign in, if you wish to keep the account active. Is it possible that this was the case?

Did you have any active devices on your end? What do you see when you visit your Security page online?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
