      <description>&lt;P&gt;In a Paper doc, if you start a line with a quotation mark, or a few other punctuation characters, you'll notice the character is outdented to the left of the margin. This is by design, and is called "hanging punctuation" or "optical character alignment", and ensures that the flow of the body of text isn't disrupted.&lt;/P&gt;
