&lt;P&gt;Acredito que este problema da criação da nova pasta de usuário na atualização possa ter comprometido a instalação anterior do Dropbox. Tente reinstalar o programa ou, ainda melhor, executar uma &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/help/desktop-web/advanced-reinstall" target="_self"&gt;reinstalação avançada&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reinstalando&amp;nbsp;o Dropbox pelo&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Desktop-client-builds/Stable-Build-50-4-71/m-p/277316#M4615" target="_self"&gt;instalador offline completo mais atual&lt;/A&gt; é uma boa opção, uma vez que pode ser relacionado a um problema já&amp;nbsp;corrigido em&amp;nbsp;versões mais recentes.&lt;/P&gt;
