    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply Greg. &amp;nbsp;I tried another account (a personal account) and I'm not seeing the delay. &amp;nbsp;What account setting would cause the requests to be delayed like this? &amp;nbsp;The account that is getting the delay is an admin in a team account. &amp;nbsp;According to the plans, shouldn't both allow unlimited API access:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/plans?_camp=624&amp;amp;_tk=prompt_header_link&amp;amp;trigger=wahprmt" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/plans?_camp=624&amp;amp;_tk=prompt_header_link&amp;amp;trigger=wahprmt&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Slow response from /list_folder</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When calling /2/files/list_folder, whether its on the root or on an empty folder, the response takes about 7-8 seconds. &amp;nbsp;Requests to other storage providers aren't taking that long, i've done some tests to ensure my network connection is stable. &amp;nbsp;Is 7-8 seconds the expected response time for this api call, regardless of folder contents? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That does sound unexpectedly long. There are a variety of factors that will affect this though, besides just the current contents of the specified folder. Have you tried this with different accounts?</description>

      <description>The plan-based limit shouldn't come in to play here.
