A path/conflict/folder error indicates that the upload failed because there is a folder in the way:

https://dropbox.github.io/dropbox-sdk-java/api-docs/v3.0.x/com/dropbox/core/v2/files/WriteConflictError.html#FOLDER

Note that if you're trying to upload a file into that folder, you'll need to specify the full desired path, including file name. (That is, not just the path to the folder.) So, to upload a file "test.txt" into a folder "Documents", the path you supply should be "/Documents/test.txt".
