    <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing that comes to mind is &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/business/plans-comparison" target="_self"&gt;that "Standard" Business plans don't get file events in the audit log&lt;/A&gt;. You mentioned that you have "Advanced", but can you double check that it hasn't been changed to Standard?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Team log events on download activities stopped arriving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have few&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Dropbox Business Advanced Plans&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and I've noticed that team log&amp;nbsp;events on download activities suddenly stopped arriving on several accounts, while events on all other activities arrive properly. I query the events using RestAPI with the following request:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;URL&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/team_log/get_events" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/team_log/get_events&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Method&lt;/STRONG&gt;: POST&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Headers&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Authorization Token Header, Content Type JSON&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Params&lt;/STRONG&gt;: time - with the following format -&amp;nbsp;yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(usually quering events that happened a minute ago)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Edit:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also checked the Activity tab in my Admin console(&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/activity" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/activity&lt;/A&gt;) and I just don't see any download activities arrive.&lt;/P&gt;
