      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use the API v2(Not&amp;nbsp;Business API) to upload some files for my application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Normally,&amp;nbsp;the uploads are working fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, as a result of changing my dropbox plan from basic to business,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the files that used to come in for uploads can no longer be uploaded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But oddly enough, some files can be uploaded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The response is as follows below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;By the way,&amp;nbsp;I tried uploading same file from the browser(Google Chrome&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;83.0.4103.116 64bit&lt;/SPAN&gt;) and got the same error too.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried uploading again a little later and this time it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must be really confused. I know.
