      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was trying the download api to pull a small range of bytes 0-30000. The response time averages around 700ms to 1s.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there another api call endpoint that would grab partial content faster? I am using curl with the bearer token.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
