    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a file named "dropbox.py"? If so, Python would try to import that instead of the actual Dropbox package. In that case, rename or remove that file and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the example provided on github ''&lt;SPAN&gt;backup-and-restore-example.py". when trying to run it, it says&amp;nbsp;No module named 'dropbox.exceptions'; 'dropbox' is not a package.&amp;nbsp; it shows the same error with "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; dropbox.files &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;import&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; WriteMode&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;not virtual enviroment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;py version: 3.11.5&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
