What have you tried so far? &lt;A href="http://dropbox.com/developers/webhooks" rel="nofollow noreferrer"&gt;Webhooks&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/developers/blog/63/low-latency-notification-of-dropbox-file-changes" rel="nofollow noreferrer"&gt;long-polling&lt;/A&gt; would be the right way to monitor the file for changes on the Dropbox side. I imagine Google has an API that would let you push the data into a spreadsheet anytime that it changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok, thanks.  I will have a look.  I never have had luck using webhooks except via Zapier but that would cost too much&lt;/P&gt;</description>
