&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create" rel="nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note that Drop-ins do not have app secrets.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you have an app created, the app key and secret will be available by going to the App Console and selecting the app here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps" rel="nofollow noreferrer"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you have an app key and secret you can use the API to list/download/upload files. We recommend using one of the official SDKs if possible:&lt;/P&gt;
