      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've seen a handful of these in the past, but getting a bunch right now...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;com.dropbox.core.ServerException: {"error": "The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation."}&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is using the Java API:&lt;BR /&gt; DbxEntry.File f = getClient().getFile(path, version, output);&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has something changed? The Dropbox status page doesn't seem to indicate any issues currently&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like Dropbox V1 wasn't working on some or most servers. I see page resets now, and things seem back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
