&lt;P&gt;I wish to use the rate limiter present in an&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://github.com/dropbox/load_management" target="_self"&gt;Open-source&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;project by drop-box. However, I have a question :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The library's last commit was 5 months ago. Is the library actively maintained?&lt;/P&gt;
