    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same issue. I have disconnected the app and reinstalled it as suggested above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to use Dropbox, and access my files, with Outlook online. When using the Outlook desktop app, I get the same result as described above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried uninstalling the add-in and reinstalling it but I am not able to access any of my dropbox folder contents whenever I click the add-in icon. It seems to load some dropbox interface, but it's not my folder contents. I can't even figure out how to log-out and make sure I'm logged in the right way. &lt;P&gt;Could you try disconnecting the app from &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/integrations/outlook-email" target="_blank"&gt;reinstalling&lt;/A&gt; it again?&lt;/P&gt;
