Hi @kevin353, as this is related to how a third party app works, there isn't much we info we can provide, since it would be up to the processes that the PDF app would be running.

In general disconnecting an app from your account would prevent it from making any changes to your account. Most likely this would affect the other users, but it would be up to the developers of the app to confirm this for you.

Several users use Genius Scan and PDF Pro to upload/download files to different folders in my Business Account however I have an iPad that I want to use and for some reason, it isn't connecting properly.

I'm thinking that I need to disconnect these two apps from my Dropbox account but am concerned that it will disconnect the other users that are using those apps to share files from my account.

Can anyone confirm if I'm right in thinking this please.

Thanks in advance

Hey @kevin353, thanks for posting to our Community.

What you'd like to do is account specific and it shouldn't affect any other members on your team.

You'll need to go to your connected apps page, which in your own account's settings and disconnect the apps from there.

If you want to manage third party apps for the entire team, you can take a look at this info.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I could perhaps have explained a little better, sorry.

The people that I was referring to that upload/download are family and friends that exchange documents and photos so they aren't actually team members, just have access via those apps to be able to access my account. They only access a specific folder and it's a different folder for each person.

Thanks
