&lt;P&gt;Do you happen to be running an antivirus or a firewall on your computer that could be causing issues?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, you could temporarily disable them and try again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the app gets stuck again, please send us a screenshot of its status as shown in your menu bar, so that we can have a visual too.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Dropbox completely freezes macOS finder</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm having a problem with the Dropbox app integration even since updating to the latest macOS version 173.4.6706.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cant use the finder, it's frozen, Dropbox is stuck on "Starting...".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried restating the mac, I tried signing out and back in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
