Can't I just continue using Basic without even upgrading?! Why is this?! Does it only apply for mobile app?
Thanks in advance!

Can't update billing info as I'm on the Basic plan - how can I update my credit card?

I need to update my credit card info, but Dropbox won't let me do this unless I upgrade from my Basic plan to Plus. The option for "current plan" is grayed out, and my only choice is "Try free for 30 days" for Plus. How do I just update my credit card without switching to Plus?

You only need to update your card if you are a paying user. So, if you being told you are on a Basic plan the account you are logged in on is not a paid one. That means if you are paying its for a different account
