&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I seem to have been charged&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;£95.88 for no reason.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I previously had an account on a monthly&amp;nbsp;subscription but stopped it last September, but just got a message from PayPal&amp;nbsp;to say i have been charged&amp;nbsp;£95.88.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried to use the transaction checker but as it went through PayPal&amp;nbsp;i don't&amp;nbsp;have the 12 digit code (payment hasn't&amp;nbsp;clear with the bank yet so not sure if il get one when it does.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone advise on how to get my money back, or a direct contact rather than a bot...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope that someone REALLY reaches out to you!&amp;nbsp; I am having the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I communicated via chat with "Carter" on January 19, 2022, who assured me that the money would be refunded to my card.&amp;nbsp; It is March 3, 2022 and I have yet to see the money in my bank account.&amp;nbsp; They had no problem taking the money at 12:01 am on the date due.&amp;nbsp; I attempted to contact someone SEVERAL times by sending an email, but NO RESPONSE.&amp;nbsp; I tried calling the business number and of course, NO ONE can help me.&amp;nbsp; I am thinking of filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and possibly having an attorney call or submit a letter.&amp;nbsp; It is a very small amount of money, but it is the very fact that it has been a month and a half.&amp;nbsp; I believe they purposely do not refund the money, thinking customers or former customers will forget.&amp;nbsp; If they had better customer service or a number where they could be reached it would be no problem, but since I downgraded my plan I have NO way to "chat" with anyone at Dropbox.&amp;nbsp; It is a SCAM!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;BR /&gt; 
&lt;BR /&gt; That's why it hasn't appeared back in your available funds, because it might still be in a pending state.
&lt;BR /&gt; 
&lt;BR /&gt; You'll need to contact your bank, so they can move the amount out of a pending state.

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Hannah-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for checking.&amp;nbsp; The payment should not have been voided.&amp;nbsp; I have called my bank.&amp;nbsp; There has never been anything pending or in dispute since January 19 and there is nothing pending now.&amp;nbsp; The subscription price was taken from my account as a purchase and it needs to be replaced as a refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there’s a 12-digit transaction ID linked to your Dropbox charges, you can insert it &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and see more details on the subscription you’ve been charged for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
