      <title>problem in my credit card billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my credit card expire date is on 07/2022 which means that it still valid until 31/7/2022&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so why i cannot pay my subscription for period from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;27/6/2022 to 27/7/2022 ??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i tried to update my card info but the problem still exist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i tried to contact my bank they confirmed that no problems in my bank account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i recharged my card and tried to pay my subscription&amp;nbsp;but no success&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any one have an idea what is the problem ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When inserting your payment method to the system, do you receive any type of error message in particular? If yes, please send me a screenshot of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Besides that, I’d like you to take a test and update your billing info via another browser. Do you face the same issue, when doing so?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
