&lt;P&gt;In general, you should be able to pay for your Dropbox plan via iDeal. However, we’re unable to see whether there was a specific issue at the time being, which prevented the transaction from going through.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If there’s something else you may need though, you can definitely ping me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I have a similar issue, I've paid thru IDEAL.&lt;BR /&gt;I believe the transaction ID (12 digit alphanummerical), is not added to my banks transaction details.&lt;BR /&gt;It should appear as "Dropbox*1234567890AB"&lt;BR /&gt;But instead transaction description is formatted as:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;AB98C7DE6FGHIJ54 3&lt;BR /&gt;123456789101234 Dropbox&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The next day I get a refund. Since dropbox (Ayden) can't confirm the transaction.&lt;BR /&gt;Can dropbox fix this?&lt;BR /&gt;Does dropbox use SAP?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS: today I tried again, it worked. However the mail confirming the upgrade was delivered to my spam folder, but dropbox on the app shows 2 TB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The payment is done on 13 Aug.2023 by 'Ideal'. My money was transfered to Dropbox NL04ADYB2017400157. Description was N3TNR24GQSW9GX72JDRS. Money was deducted from my account but till now no confirmation subscription email, no 2TB space upgrade. Hope someone can help me out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS: so many people complain about IDeal or upgrade subscription issue. Why dropbox still not solve the whole problem to make thing easier for everyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
