&lt;P&gt;When was the last time you paid for your subscription?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the card/account associated with your Apple ID expired or didn't have enough funds at the time your Dropbox subscription was supposed to renew?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know what you find.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Dropbox downgraded even though it's been paid through iTunes</title>

&lt;P&gt;I've been a pro member since 2017 but out of nowhere i was downgraded. I have a receipt of payment. I need this resolved asap. My business relies on dropbox. I do not have two accounts &amp;amp; I cannot look up my payment on dropbox.com due to it being paid through apple store.&lt;/P&gt;

Accoding to iTunes account the subscription is still valid, but dropbox was downgaraded. May I plese for any hints or help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. I have been paying thru Apple but Dropbox says I have been unsubscribed. Apple says contact Dropbox which I can't do since I am unsubscribed. Apple suggested they refund my money and I start again with Dropbox but Dropbox insists I go thru Apple. My files are in danger of being lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That being said, do you mean that you've paid for the subscription, but got downgraded?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/subscription-error-mobile" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;restore your purchase&lt;/A&gt;, to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
