&lt;P&gt;I already did. Here's the reply I got from them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I was issued a refund, but my credit card was blocked</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone! Recently I experienced some trouble with a failed transaction. So my dropbox account got charged with a professional plan. This was my official university research account, which contains a lot of sensitive information. So i got in touch with the dropbox rep and explained her my situation and she was real helpful. She got me a refund for the amount and I am now going to delete this account (we're not allowed to use any other cloud services other than the official one. Military data and all!).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So long story short I got my refund. But, at that time my CC was blocked. So the refund couldn't come through. When I contacted my bank, they asked me to get dropbox re-initiate the same transaction. But I am not getting any response from dropbox. And now I am downgraded to a free user so I cannot chat with the customer service rep as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I am $210 down and no-one from dropbox is answering my emails. Please Help!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about this situation. The issue here is that we can't really repeat the process on our end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're downgraded, there's no way for us to re-issue a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would you mind discussing this with your bank again?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
