&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you might be paying for a different account and not the one you're currently using.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you try to look up the payment info &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, to see if you can locate the email address of the paid account?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I'm paying for a subscription, but my account shows as Basic</title>

      <description>I am paying 11.99 monthly on my credit card but Dropbox shows me as having basic plan. There is no record of my payments on their web site. And when I try to submit my card info, it doesn't accept the info. I am out of space and not syncing. Do I need to cancel my account and start a new account? Thanks.</description>
