      <title>I'm not able to upgrade my plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i'm trying to upgrade my plan to the Professional one (now there's a 30days free period and I would like to join it), but when the Paypal window pop-up, I give dropbox the access to my Paypal account, but when it realunch me back to the dropbox page, my account isn't upgraded. I need it as soon as possible, what I have to do? Maybe is it a bug with the free period? Should I go directly paying it? Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you activate the trial via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, in this moment i'm in the free version of Dropbox, but I would like to upgrade it to the plus/pro depending on what's the one withe the 30 free trial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So in this page i click on "esegui l'upgrade", then i follow all the steps to register the account and plan (i have thee 3Tb version for free for 30 days, i select the monthly payment, select Paypal as payment method, then the Paypal window pop-up, i compile the all the information then when i click on "accept and buy" the dropbox home page appears but it always shows me the notification "upgrade your plan"&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Immagine 2023-02-17 113425.png" style="width: 800px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/35389i4710222636A7E8AF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Immagine 2023-02-17 113425.png" alt="Immagine 2023-02-17 113425.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
