(I purchased through the android app, which auto processed it through Google play).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll see if they process my refund. Thanks!</description>

      <title>Charged for 30 day free trial</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I canceled (within a day) my order 30 day free trial and was charged for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I made the purchase and cancelation through the Google play store. The help suggestion to go through Google play doesn't work - since I've already canceled. It only gives me the option to resubscribe, not ask for a refund.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated. Can customer support email me (so I don't have to keep coming back here). Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
