&lt;P&gt;Do you have a ticket ID in order for me to locate this on the system?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up for a free trial.&amp;nbsp; Called and tried to cancel, they couln't do it over the phone and was not able to figure out how to do it online.&amp;nbsp; I was charged $199 for the year and I do not want this service.&amp;nbsp; Dropbox refuses to refund for the remaining 10 months (it's been 2 months that I have been trying to contact someone to cancel this).&amp;nbsp; They will not prorate a refund and are forcing me to keep the service for the remainded of the year.&amp;nbsp; I'm not even using it!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes!&amp;nbsp; The response that I keep getting is that there are no refunds at Dropbox! I have called, emailed, and done a chat with your sales team members.&amp;nbsp; They tell me there are no supervisors and that I'm stuck with a year of this service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
