    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been paying for extra storage for years, and just paid again a month ago. Signed in today to find I have the basic plan and no files are all. Can't access support because my subscription package not recognised. Chatbox useless and community support has not been helpful. What am I supposed to do next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you happen to have another Dropbox account perhaps, associated with a different email address of yours?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, can you clarify if you had upgraded your account via the website or if it was through the app store on a mobile device?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes, thanks, it seems that my account email address for logging in was not the one that all my Dropbox correspondence uses, nor is it one I ever remember setting up. Not sure how this happened although I think it might be a default email address, but anyway I've just managed to get in, finally. So thank you.</description>
