Here is the charge on my credit card statement:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Credit Card DROPBOX SIGN YEARLY HTTPSWWW.HELL CA Date 12/17/2/Principal Amt: $195.98"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here is what Dropbox's chatbot is telling me:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Your most recent charge was for $11.99 charged to Visa ending in 7766 approved on 13 Apr 2020 GMT for Dropbox Plus - 2TB (4/13/2020 to 5/13/2020)."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Obviously, these don't add up. I did this so I could share my big files with others if I couldn't share them through AOL email. I don't remember ever being charged for anything with you guys because this is supposed to be a FREE service!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However this month I was charged on May 1st 2 charges. One was for a debit card purchase of $11.99 and another for a so-called service assessment fee for 36 cent, 36 cents, REALLY?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I don't know who or how someone got a hold of my debit card info but I called my bank and disputed the charge and I had to close the card up because it has been compromised by someone who works at Dropbox, evidently, thanks a lot!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All I want to do is get into my FREE account and take my files off of your service and close my account!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;By the way, this is being investigated by my bank!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It wasn't Dropbox that compromised your card. How would that be possible if you never gave them your billing information? &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and you didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and contacting your back was the correct action.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
