&lt;P&gt;Did you get a confirmation after upgrading your Dropbox account stating that the upgrade was successful? Also, if you check your bank statement, do you see any pending charges linked to Dropbox?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally, I’d like you to check whether you have a second Dropbox account that may have been upgraded instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know what you find.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
